Popular place for watching cinema for local. No difficulties when entering or paying for tickets. Price for pop corn, drinks and ice cream can be above average. Better to grab some snack and drink from outside.Not too satisfied with the cleanness inside of the cinema. The room was covered with unfresh pop corn smell as I entered, the film hasn't even begin at the time - minor issue

Saw a movie at 10am, their post-mix drink station wasn’t even working properly. No Pepsi Max available/syrup out, Sunkist was broken and Solo had a very weak flavor. Only 7up and raspberry were working. Very poor considering it was first thing in the morning and no drinks available. Also purchased the biggest popcorn however it didn’t seem fresh, wasn’t even atleast warm and very crumbly and barely big bits of popcorn - only ate half. I haven’t been here for awhile to watch a movie but this was such a letdown and disappointing.

The reclining chairs are comfy in extremescreen hallScreen and sound is okHowever had to watch 23 min of advertisement before movie started , would be good if movie finish time could be shown when purchasing ticket online .

Good comfy recliner seats.Sound quality is as per expectations, and the screens appear well maintained.Concession stalls are as any other cinema, and there are many dining options in the food court adjacent to the cinema.It appears that post-covid, the ticket prices are still a bit high, often in excess of 20$ for an adult ticket, and i wish they had days for discounted tickets on a regular basis.

Did the Lux experience,Seating is excellent.Sound is great.Private feel to the seating areas.Nice ambient environment ( not cold or hot, just perfect.)Food Selection is awesome, but the food preperation and delivery is schonky, the food is why you pay premium so it should be great, but unfortunatly this was not my experience, hope this picks up soon.Overall it was a good experience bar the food.

It was ok. The member popcorn refill was good. It would be great if they did the same for drinks aswell. It is good that they have recliners. They lose a star however due to the condition of seats as alot of them were ripped

Have been to HOYTS Carousel a few years ago and was always in the mind-set that the mid and back rows were the best. They still are, however I was surprised to find out that the front rows are now comfortable enough for viewing the screen with electric recliner armchairs. Extra happy with the staff who allowed me to store my motorcycle gear behind the counter.
